Got to level 48 this weekend, and got some spiffy new gear with Arathi Basin Honor Marks, plus the Bad Mojo Mask from ZF instance. -happy dance-
Goals now are...not sure. Levelling, for sure. Looking forward to level 50, because there are some spells I'm interested in, besides just higher ranks of the ones I do have (which will be awesome, of course). But, at the same time, I want to enjoy being at the top of the levels in the battle grounds for a bit, so I may not rush to level 50 so fast. Maybe I'll just level as I get invited to do instances. We'll see.
I also had planned to gather herbs to level that up, but now I'm kind of thinking about changing it to (dis)enchanting, since I just changed from engineering to herbalism, and haven't leveled it at all, really.
I guess I'll just do what I always do, though, and login, wander around, and see what hits me as being the thing to do tonite.

Introduction to Trilliandent
Trilliandent is the name of my mage on frostmane (horde). I'm a noob at the game, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this blog besides keep up with my goals and thoughts. Maybe I'll make a noob guide, though, because I've run into a lot of things I don't think I've seen mentioned all in one area (but should be).
Anyway, so I'm lvl 47 tonite. I've respec'd several times, trying to find the best specs for what I want to do, which is frost aoe, mostly, but I also run as many instances as I can, so I don't want to disable my skills in that area. Right now I have (almost) the recommended specs that the "In Frost We Trust" video has (I wish I knew how to do those handy links to a sample build, but I'll figure that out later, and I'll also see if I can get permission to put this video here). I redid my key bindings, which I have a habit of doing every so often, so tonite I'll be off my game, which means that I will probably be invited to do a run. Or 7. Which might not be TOO awful, because that'd mean I'd have to get used to the keys FAST, while hopefully not fucking up the run. :)
Uhm, what else? I'm in a guild that I like, so far. Not totally committed, but I have a few friends there, and I like their goal, which is to lvl/gear up and get ready for raids. I'm far behind most (not counting their alts), but I'll catch up, hopefully sometime this summer. I have other friends who I run and quest with who are outside the guild, too. I <3 horde. :)
Doing Arathi Basin battleground a lot, trying for some gear that was recommended to me by this awesome person on the Allakhazam forums. Also plan to quest in Tanaris a lot soon, because I need level 48 to wear the gear. :)
Oh well, that's all I can think of for now. To all the really new noobs, I have one thing to say: NUM LOCK!
